I've also tried setting the unofficial overclocking mode to 'without powerplay support' in Afterburner, which does force the core clock to 1100Mhz but there's no improvement in FPS. Also none of the CPU cores are hitting 100%, at most they're about 60%, the CPU is overclocked slightly too. It's weird because the core clock doesn't go over about 800Mhz even though it's overclocked to 1100Mhz. Since Arma 3 is free this weekend I thought I'd give it a try, but the performance has been much lower than I expected for my 290X/4770k.
